- Please arrive at designated location 30 mins prior to departure, as tour will depart on time
- Please do not drink alcoholic beverages for at least 8 hrs before skydiving and do not take part in any diving activities 24 hrs before skydiving
- We recommend that you bring your own snacks and water. If you wish to purchase snacks or water, on-site staff can assist you
- Skydiving requires 15–45 mins of ground preparation. Participants must follow the guidance and instructions from professional coaches at all times
- Due to safety reasons, travellers are not allowed to bring any carry-on items (e.g. camera, smartphone, GoPro) when boarding the plane
- Please note that activity duration and traffic information are for reference only
- Parking spaces are available on-site for travellers driving to the venue
- Insurance is not included in this product, but travelers are recommended to purchase their own insurance before the activity
- Travellers are required to fill out the APF form before departure
- The skydiving location is subject change due to weather conditions, please provide a reachable contact number in Australia so the local agency can best accommodate you
- Travellers are recommended to contact the local agency customer service to check and confirm the tour details 24 hours in advance
- Children under the age of 16 are not able to participate. Guests between the ages 16 and 18 must have a parent or a legal guardian present

Important Information
- By law, the minimum age to tandem skydive in Australia is 16 years old. If a guest is between 16 and 18 years old, please leave a note when booking as the supplier must be informed in writing prior to the jump date. Guests between 16 and 18 years of age must have parental or legal guardian consent. For guests under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must be present at the drop zone on the day of the skydive. If a parent or legal guardian is not present, the customer must immediately notify a member of staff at the drop zone, who will arrange for the correct documents of consent to be sent and signed prior to skydiving
- Participants weighing more than 110 kg are subject to assessment by instructors
- If the participant weighs more than 94 kg, surcharges apply. The inspector will evaluate weather and other conditions to decide if the activity should be cancelled due to safety reasons
- If you are on medication or have any special physical conditions, please consult your medical doctor before booking
- Skydiving time depends on weather conditions. Do not schedule any other trips or activities on the same day. If the weather permits, your skydiving experience may finish within 3–4 hrs, but if the weather is not ideal, the schedule changes and may take up the day. To avoid any accidents, please be sure to follow flight regulations and on-site instructions
- In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, please contact Over The Planet customer service to reschedule
- Travellers are recommended to wear comfortable clothes and tight sneakers; jumpsuits will be provided on-site; wool clothes and gloves will be provided in winter (subject to on-site availability); please do not wear hiking shoes or high heels
