- The provider will be not be responsible in case the quality of the transfer service is affected due to the number of people or luggage exceeding the limit
- The driver has the right to refuse to provide service without any refunds if the actual number of people/luggage does not the match the information sent upon booking
- For areas outside the listed pick-up points, please pay the driver on-site for any additional fees listed on your voucher
- To Songshan Airport: The driver’s information and license plate number will be provided in a message before 8:00 pm (GMT+8) the day before your departure
- To Shuangbei City: The pick-up staff will hold a sign at the airport according to the actual flight arrival time. Please note your name in the arrival hall
- If you want to change the scheduled pick-up and drop-off time, please contact the service staff. Changes on the day before departure will not be accepted
- Please understand that your chosen car model or driver information may be adjusted due to the vehicle dispatch situation on the day without further notice
- If there is any emergency on the day of the trip, please call the emergency contact number on the voucher
- Please pay the additional fare to the driver on the spot for multi-point drop-offs. Each passenger will be charged NT$200 for multi-point drop-off in the same area, and NT$300–1,000 for multi-point drop-off in a different area. The actual cost will be attached to the voucher
- Child seats may be provided. Fee for each child seat is NT$200, to be paid to the driver on-site

松山空港に到着、通関に時間を要すると思い「待ち合わせ時間」式を選択。実際には短時間で通関し、時間を１時間半は潰すかと思いましたが、羽田と松山でLINE下さいの事で送信すると、到着を確認して早めにピックアップしてくれたので、両替と悠遊カードの購入後すぐに移動が開始出来ました。
暑いからとミネラルウォーターまで用意してあり、聞いていた台湾の荒い運動でなく、安全運動優先で荷物が多いからと宿泊予定のホテルに連絡、サポート手配にチェックイン準備迄、車中から電話手配下さりました。ピックアップのサービス内容欄の降車時の心配も無く、安心しました。
