Please notice that this shuttle service is only available to a limited area in Los Cabos, in case that your hotel it is not available for shuttle purchase feel free to check our private transportation services. Hotels located on Diamante Zone area the service is only private (Hard Rock Hotel, Nobu Hotel, Rancho Grand Solmar Hotel). Pick Up from Hotels back to The Airport are not Available. This service is only from the Airport to Hotels, we do offer transfers from Vacation Rentals, located in Los Cabos area only, we do need to know the exact address of the location.

REMEMBER: As soon as you disembark, you will need to clear Mexican immigration, collect your baggage, and clear Customs. Exit Customs and go outside to the designated transportation area. Look for a Gray Line representative holding a sign with a Gray Line and Viator logo. Please be aware that after the Customs area, you will be approached by time-share sales representatives. They are not affiliated with Gray Line, even though they may show you a badge with a Gray Line logo on it. Do not stop and give them this voucher, keep walking outside the airport and look for your uniformed Gray Line meet and greet representative with an official sign.
