Terminal 1: If the flight arrives through hall 1, the meeting point is the Post Office located in the arrivals hall. If the flight arrives through hall 2, the meeting point is the Pharmacy located in the arrivals hall.
Terminal 2: Information point located inside the Terminal.
Terminal 4: Halls 10 and 11, the meeting point is the “Meeting Point-Punto de encuentro” which is right in the same arrivals hall.

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Protocol for all services, driver and passenger´s liabilities. 1.Nebulization of vehicles with disinfectants. 2.Cleaning of seats, floors, internal and external handles, seat belts, backrests and armrests every time a service is terminated. 3.No handshakes will be given in the greeting or farewell. 4.Voucher information is being requested and verified digitally. 5.The customer is asked to board the vehicle using the mask. If passenger does not have one, the driver will provide one immediately.

Additional Information
Our drivers will wait for you in the arrival terminal hall of the airport with a sign displaying your name. They will assist you with your luggage and accompany you to the car, where they will take you to the contracted destination. The waiting time will start 20 minutes after the landing, and the maximum waiting time at the airport is 60 minutes (except for T4S, which is 1.5 hours) after your flight has landed. Once this time has passed, a charge of €25 per hour or fraction of an hour will apply. Note: Make sure to have WhatsApp downloaded on your phone and contact POLITTAN to get the phone number of your assigned driver. Do not leave the building without first contacting the driver.
