- There are three floors in the museum. Due to the space design, only stairs are provided for going up and down
- In order to present a complete visual effect in the "Weightless Space" on the 2nd floor of the main building, you need to take off your shoes to take photos
- In order to maintain the quality of the museum, we do not allow bringing your pets in carts or bags when entering the venue. You will be required to purchase an additional pet ticket for NT$190
- Please come to the museum in advance according to the ticket purchase period to verify the ticket and enter the museum on time. In order to maintain the quality of the visit, crowd control is adopted. If you arrive at the museum outside the ticket purchase period, you will be arranged to enter the museum at another time according to the crowd flow situation in the venue; if you arrive later If there are too many people, you may not be able to enter the venue
- When entering the venue for each session, the staff in the museum will give a brief introduction to the exhibits and ways to explore
- Toddlers and children must be accompanied by an adult to enter the museum, and are not allowed to enter the museum alone. Children under the age of 3 can enter the venue for free when accompanied by an adult over the age of 16. On-site staff will check the child's health insurance card or relevant certificates
- Beginning July 2021, crowd control will be observed for each session, and each session can last for 1.5 hrs. Visitors are advised to pay attention to the experience and photo time
- Please do not run during the activities in the museum, or engage in any behavior that affects others
- Smoking and eating are both prohibited in the entire hall, please do not bring outside food and drinks into the venue
- No pets allowed except for guide dogs with ID
- Do not bring dangerous items or other items that may disturb other visitors into the venue. This is including but not limited to bottles, firecrackers, and laser pointers
- If you cause damage to facilities or personal injury during your stay in the museum, you will be liable for compensation and its related legal responsibility
- Please obtain permission from the staff if you would like to do commercial shoots in the museum
- In case of force majeure (events that include but are not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rains and other natural disasters), the management may close the museum and notify and contact you in advance. If there are unfinished matters, the museum reserves the right to modify, terminate, and change the details of the event content to consider the safety of the public
