Things To Know
- Strictly one ticket per patron, regardless of age. All tickets are neither refundable nor exchangeable
- Patrons must bring their own socks and wear them at certain stations to participate in the activity
- The patron must present a valid ticket prior to entering the premises. Damaged or copied tickets are not allowed. Each ticket can only be used once
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied and supervised by adults 18 years old and above at all times
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your preferred time slot. All patrons from the same booking must enter the premises together
- Patrons should consider their companions' and their own physical condition and strength before participating in any activity provided on the premises. The event organizer and/or affiliates assume no liability and responsibility for any personal injuries, death, and/or damage to personal belongings that occur on the premises

Important Information
- All patrons, regardless of age, require a ticket for admission
- A handstamp is required for re-entry during the same time slot. Without a re-entry handstamp and/or authorized identification, re-entry to the premises is not allowed
- Proper attire must be worn at all times. The management reserves the right to deny admission to or to remove any person wearing attire that they consider inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other patrons
- Please wear face masks at all times and sanitize/wash your hands frequently
- Socks must be worn in designated activities. Going barefoot or wearing open-toe footwear is not allowed
- Access to the activities is subject to the safety rules of each activity. For certain activities with age and/or height restrictions, please follow the instructions of the Patron relation members
- Please follow the instructions from Patron relation members, comply with all notices and consider the safety of other patrons when parking and/or locking your stroller
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your preferred time slot. All visitors from the same booking must enter the premises together

Peppa pig interaction day
It was surprised me, the place was manage well, clean and tidy, not so crowded, the kids was having fun and enjoy it. Thanks you so much to having this fun interaction event for the kids and family.
