Please wait for the transportation outside the lobby. Once we receive the reservation, we will provide you the pick up time. Transportation must be paid at check in time and it's not included in the price. You must pay USD 10 per adult for the round trip transportation

Ticket Redemption
Once the reservation is confirmed we will send you the pick up instructions with the confirmation number. Pick up time at your hotel will be send within the first 2 hours. If you prefer to take a taxi to the facility we will give you the instructions by email (how to get there). Please confirm your hotel name and wait for the van at the lobby. Transportation fee will be paid at check in time (10 USD per adult RT). For the roundtrip transportation service we need 24 hours advance notice (reservation should be made 24 hours in advance to confirm the transportation as we need to comply with the local transportation regulations)
