Great location hotel but slow check in
Good location but the check in is very slow. Need improvement. The price we paid was really value for money. The Bistro at the ground floor does not seem too keen on having paying guests. We sat there for 5mins at 830pm on an almost empty place and no one served us even with a menu.

Requires better quicker service when check in and check out with smiling faces.
Quicker service required with smiling faces. More flexiable methids to pay like paying by debit card. Anyway overall i engoyed my stay because of lovely enviroment and cleanleness of the hotel. They very good positoin in kualalambur.

I had water leaking in from the bath we called the tech to fix it , so 2 or 3 person came and stay nearly 30 to 40 minutes on the end didn't fix the issue and keep the water leaking day and night 24/7. we could not use the bath bcs of this issue , plus the B/F time was very busy we say in queue t...
