Clean and well located
The allocated room was immaculately clean and had everything required. The pools were very clean and warm. One thing that may have been helpful would have been fly screens on the windows to be able to let the fresh air in.

Nearly perfect
Location, facilities and staff brilliant. Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very poor. Could never connect. This should be a given. Lifts were out of order but understand maintenance issues occur but caused extreme inconvenience with bags, groceries etc,etc, and general resort access.

Great location.
Great location in the heart of Port Douglas. Accommodation was very comfortable, with excellent facilities. The two pools were perfect and well maintained. Perfect for a couples holiday. Will definitely stay again.
