Hop aboard an antique steam train, set sail aboard Calgary’s only paddle wheeler and visit the farm animals at the ranch. From the May long weekend until Labour Day Weekend, the Historical Village is open daily from 10 am to 5 pm. Then, the Historical Village is open weekends 10 am to 5 pm until mid-October.

What a great place, from beaver hunter forts to masonic lodges this has a lot to do. Where else can you get a trip on a steam train and then on a paddle steamer. These places are invaluable for saving a country’s historical buildings. All the actors are great to talk to and knowledgable. Some gr...
