Perfect from start to finish! Best hotel experience I’ve ever had.
Definitely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Large comfortable room, gorgeous building with a fantastic restaurant, helpful and friendly staff, pool & sauna facilities, delicious breakfast, beautiful views of the lake, and a great place to just hang out and relax.

Nice location and view.
The hotel is located very nicely with a direct view of the Osorno volcano. The room was clean and the rest of the hotel is also quite nice. The hotel feels a bit impersonal however. So if you are looking for something personal and unique, this is not for you.

Very comfortable stay and great view!
Spacious and comfortable room with excellent view of lake and volcanos. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Included breakfast was delicious and quick. Easy to walk along the lake to reach restaurants and shops. Loved the lounge area too.
