Great hotel in a very old building - staff i excellent

Somehow I ended up 2 nights in Riga exactly when they had their (kind of) biggest holiday of the year (23rd and 24th of June). They celebrate midsummer (Ligo/Jani) in a big way, which basically means that they party until the sun gets up, and nobody is then able to go work the next day :-) So wha...

The hotel is in the center of old city of Riga. Close to all highlights. The staff of the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room are clean and well organized. Strongly recommend. This will be the first hotel that I will try to make a reservation on my next trip to Riga
