My "guide" was 25 minutes late collecting me. We walked round the block and I was ushered into a random taxi, no seat belts. Three minutes later, swapped into another taxi, no seat belts. The taxi driver drove like Mad Max in an apocalyptic race out of town, 110kph in a 40kph, no seatbelts. Aft...
