This hotel enjoys a privileged location in the centre of Puerto Montt. Guests will find the nearest shops, restaurants and bars just a couple of metres away and it is 50 m from the sea. It is near the cathedral, Plaza de Armas, banks and public institutions as well as Isla Tenglo and Algelmo. It lies only 15 minutes from the airport. We are really closer to the biggest Shopping in Puerto Montt. Renovated in 2009, this city hotel offers warm and welcoming accommodation designed to serve the business traveller and holidaying families alike. It offers the latest technology and amenities, and provides excellent service and comprises a total of 60 rooms. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, a cloakroom and lift access. There is a café, a bar and a restaurant and guests have conference facilities and Internet access at their disposal. They can also take advantage of the room service and there is parking available for those arriving by car. The rooms have been updated with the latest technology and comfort and all rooms are equipped with electronic locks for security reasons. All come with a private bathroom with a shower/bathtub and a hairdryer and offer a king-size or double bed. They are equipped with a direct dial telephone (with national and international calling), cable TV, Internet access and a safe. Moreover, a mini fridge and individually regulated air conditioning and heating are provided in all accommodation as standard. Sports enthusiasts may enjoy a work-out in the gym and guests can also relax in the sauna or steam room. Amazing experience with Jass and Chloe kayaking and hiking! Our family of 5 was able to spend our holidays with Jass and Chloe. Chloe is the best! Most companies in Viator provide refunds with 24 hours notice. THIS one does not. Fine print does say this, but people DO get ill. BEWARE!!!
