Uljana did a great job! Tallin was beautiful and Sergei was a great guide! Hotel at port not 4 stars; maybe 2! Construction all around, no view, unhappy employees, ugh! Riga was amazing and hotel stunning with great guide Andra! Vilnius could have been a day longer, great guide and food delicious...
