This unique experience can be realized on 2 types of vehicles: ATVs and a Guatemalan Shuttle AKA ¨Pick-Up-Truck¨. First stop is ¨El Cerro de La Cruz¨ at a height of about 5,000 ft. above sea level, this is one of Antigua´s most famous landmarks and attractions where we stop for a great aerial view of colonial Antigua and the villages, volcanoes, and nature located around the valley. Our second stop is ¨Earth Lodge¨ This is an Avocado plantation and ECO-lodge found in the mountain village of El Hato. After visiting this marvelous place we will hop on a pick up truck towards our final stop which is ¨Alta Mira¨. This is a unique eco-park located in one of the highest mountains around Antigua at an elevation of about 7,600 ft. we take a short hike to enjoy more amazing views of the valley and volcanoes with lots of places to take some amazing pictures. Here we take some time to visit the famous “HANDS” spend some time hiking in the woods, bicycle canopy, etc.

Antigua

This is a unique eco-park located in one of the highest mountains around Antigua at an elevation of about 7,600 ft. In Alta Mira, we take a short hike to enjoy more amazing views of the valley and volcanoes with lots of places to take some amazing pictures. Here we take some time to visit the famous “HANDS”, spend some time hiking in the woods, bicycle canopy, or take some pictures with the giants located around the park.

Vuelta Grande

In el Vuelta grande we visit Altamira, a place where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful nature and the views over the vulcanos.

Earth lodge is a avocado plantation, this is another eco friendly place, bar, and restaurant. This has more amazing views of the city, volcanoes, and nature.

Cerro de la Cruz

Our last stop in antigua is one of the city's most important landmarks. We stop at the cross for a quick aerial view of the historic center of Antigua before heading back down to the office.

Wr actually did the mountain adventure in the end, as we changed our mind. It was an excellent day. We saw a chocolate factory which was great. Riding ATVs was super fun, but be aware this not an 'off track ATV experience'. Our guide Oscar was very good, he gave us bits of history of Antigua, and...

I was the only one on the tour and was a little apprehensive at first but Alejandro was great and I had an enjoyable day. A plus was that he took some awesome pictures. And the lunch at Earth Lodge was also really tasty. This is a very professional operation and you feel like you are in good hands!
