For those who choose a non-guided tour, it is advised that you buy a guidebook to help you understand the significance of various relics and the different parts of the memorial. Non-guided tour allows you to pace the tour according to your choice, but on guided tours, you must keep up with the pace of the guide and the rest of the group to make sure that you do not miss out on the information shared by the guide.

Pickups are arranged from your hotel between 7 am and 1 pm. The approximate pickup time can be verified by contacting the local service provider. All pickups are arranged only from places with availability to stop, within a 2km radius from the Krakow city centre. If your pickup location is in an area beyond this or in an area with limited traffic, then we will pick you up from the nearest possible pickup place.
