What's included in the package

Itinerary

Cape Town Central (Pass-by Only)

Visitors will be picked up at their accommodation in Cape Town between 8:00 and 9:00am. Soon after pick up we will proceed on a brief drive-by city tour to gain a better understanding of the rest of the day tour. We will see historical monuments and buildings like Bartholomew Dias and the Slave Lodge in Adderley Street.

Bo-kaap

Our first stop of the day will be in the Bo-Kaap. Here we will have a brief photo opportunity with the famous colorful houses in this area also known as the Cape Malay Quarter. The colorful houses of Bo-Kaap date back to the Malaysian and Indonesian slave history and culture that forms part of South Africa's heritage.

Camps Bay

We take a coastal drive along the scenic Atlantic Seaboard and pass through Clifton and Camp's Bay. We stop at Maiden's Cove for one of the most spectacular photo opportunities of the day. Marvel at the sky-blue pristine beaches on one side and the Twelve Apostles mountain ranges on the other side.

Hout Bay

We continue our tour along this magnificent Atlantic Seaboard coastline and pass through Llandudno, which is home to some of the most expensive residential properties in South Africa. We stop in Hout Bay Harbour, where visitors will have the option to take a boat trip to Seal (Duiker) Island to visit the seal's colony. The entire boat trip lasts 45-minutes. For those who wish to skip the boat trip, a visit to the Harbour Market for shopping or a coffee at the nearby curio shop will be available.

Chapman's Peak Drive

We enjoy a drive along Chapman's Peak drive, which is part of the top five scenic drives of the world. Chapman's peak proudly holds second place in this top five. We will stop at Chapman's Peak viewpoint for an incredible photo opportunity with vast stretches of scenic ocean views.

Admission Ticket Included

Noordhoek Farm Village

We proceed along the coast towards Noordhoek Farm Village, with endless stretches of pristine beaches and white sand in the distance. This is known as Noordhoek Beach and Long Beach. We make a stop at the Village Roast for the best coffee freshly brewed in Cape Town (optional).

Boulders Beach Penguin Colony

Simons Town is the navy capital of Cape Town and Boulder's Beach is home to the African penguins. Take a walk along the boardwalk for a closer view of these enchanting sea creatures. You may even be fortunate to be greeted at the gate by one or two "Happy Feet".

Admission Ticket Not Included

Cape of Good Hope

Our last stop for the day will be at the Cape of Good Hope and Cape Point Lighthouse. Here visitors will learn more about the Bartholomew Dias navigational beacon and the Vasco Da Gama navigational beacon. Both beacons have been crafted out of stone and painted white with a cross at the top of each one. A visit to the Cape of Good Hope is not complete without a photo behind the name board at the Cape of Good Hope.

Admission Ticket Not Included

Cape Point Nature Reserve

This is the most southwestern tip in Africa and also the meeting place of two ocean currents: the cold Benguela and the warm Agulhas currents. Most of our visitors enjoy the short hike to the Cape Point Lighthouse from the Cape of Good Hope. However, should you wish to skip the short hike, you are welcome to use the Flying Dutchman Funicular to get to the top. We recommend lunch at the Two Oceans Restaurant or a takeaway at the nearby eatery.

Admission Ticket Not Included

Muizenberg

Our return route back to Cape Town will be via the Boyes Drive, passing through Fishhoek & stop at the Shark spotters View Point in Muizenberg with a drop off at your accommodation between 17:30 and 18:00pm.
