  • If you would like to take your cell phone on the excursion for photos, make sure it is waterproof or bring a waterproof bag to store it in.
  • Have a hearty breakfast: Places to buy lunch will Not be available until we reach Flamenco Beach Kiosks (lunch Not included - bring cash).
  • Bring your own lunch: We recommend to pack your lunch to maximize your beach time at Flamenco Beach and avoid standing in line to purchase at the Kiosks.
  • We will provide light snacks and refreshments, but feel free to bring your own.
  • DO NOT BRING ANY VALUABLES OR ITEMS THAT CANNOT GET WET – lost items are very hard to find in the water, and anything you take with you will get wet!
  • Parking: Upon arrival to the Ferry Terminal, follow the signs to the parking lot. Once you park your car you will take a shuttle to the entrance of the Ferry Terminal.
  • Check-In/Ferry Tickets: You will meet your Tour Guide in front of the boarding area. He/she will be holding a sign and/or wearing a red shirt that reads "Kayaking Puerto Rico" and will provide your round trip ferry tickets and share all important details for your travels.
  • Reminder: Kayaking Puerto Rico is not affiliated in any way to the Ceiba Ferry Terminal (The Puerto Rico Maritime Transport Authority), therefore has no control over ferry delays or cancelations.
  • Not recommended for travelers with recent surgery, cast or injuries

Itinerary

Join us for a full day of adventure on Culebra Island. Begin by meeting at the Ceiba Ferry Terminal, where your host will provide your ferry tickets for the scenic ride to the island. Upon arrival, hop on our bus for a guided tour of the island, starting in the town of Dewey and ending at Tamarindo beach. At the Luis Peña Nature Reserve, receive basic snorkeling instructions before swimming through the clear waters. Your guides will lead you to the best snorkeling spot for the day and accompany you in the water to explore the underwater ecosystem. Discover impressive coral formations and schools of tropical fish, and come face to face with mesmerizing green sea turtles in their natural habitat. After your snorkeling session, enjoy snacks and refreshments before heading to the stunning Flamenco Beach for relaxation and delicious local food. End the day by returning to Ceiba Ferry Terminal.

Please make time for this trip. I watched my inside all day kid get the nature thrill of a lifetime. Culebra has stunning blue water and beaches. The guides were terrific-thank you John and Luis! They found us turtles rays and beautiful tropical fish. And corals!. Unforgettable!

Great trip and guides. Adrianna Luis and Kevin were very nice, professional and informative. Ferry ride was 90 min and rough water but just take a Dramamine and no problem. Tamarindo snorkling was amazing. Water was crystal clear. Saw sea turtles, stingray and many fish. Flamenco beach was incr...
