Muxima
The region is known for being home to the Basilica of Our Lady of Muxima, an important pilgrimage site for the Catholic faithful. The basilica is dedicated to the Virgin Mary and receives thousands of visitors every year, especially during the feast of Muxima, celebrated in July. There are also other religious manifestations present in the community, such as the cult of ancestors and traditional African practices.

Very well organized tour to the city of Muxima with a boat transfer to the local village of Cabonda. The trip also includes a lots of explanations about the local village and daily life of the local community.
