We will stop at the store of the Falernia vineyard and Olivier papayas to learn about the best typical products of the Elqui Valley.
Museo Gabriela Mistral de Vicuna
We will visit a historic little town and national monument where the future Nobel Prize for Literature Gabriela Mistral lived, grew up, studied and taught.

We will get to know an emblematic little town embraced by the sun whose women, in order to overcome the scarcity of resources, decide to learn to cook using artisanal ovens using the energy of the sun. We will have lunch typical Chilean food from the mountains (starter, bottom, dessert and soft drink) in a renowned restaurant where different foods and typical preparations are cooked with solar ovens.

Centro Turistico Cooperativa Capel
We will visit a distillery and pisco factory belonging to the capel cooperative or similar where we will taste the famous alcohol of muscatel grapes, its heritage and equipment.

Pisco Elqui
We will arrive at this beautiful and historic town on foot, reliving the walk of the old alcohol merchants who sought this well-known place in the mountains for its famous, sweet and aromatic wines, pisco and grape alcohols. Later, and from this beautiful place, caravans of merchants and muleteers departed to supply alcohol to the largest city in the world at the beginning of the 17th century, Potosi.
