- In the event of force majeure events like bad weather or physical discomfort resulting in diving cancellation, requests for free rescheduling or full refunds will be granted. Proof of applicable documents is required for medical cancellations

Important Information
- The safety briefing before diving will be provided in Chinese, English, or Japanese. If a traveler is unable to communicate in the aforementioned languages, the traveler will be removed from participation due to safety reasons
- Please provide your height and weight when booking
- Photos and videos need to be purchased separately. Passengers can book and purchase them on the day of the tour for $50 USD per photo
- Children under the age of 12 and travelers over the age of 60 are not allowed to participate
- Please evaluate your health conditions before booking. If you have the following conditions or feel overstimulated easily, please do not book this tour
- Please reconsider booking if you have hypertension, heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, or are pregnant. If you have the aforementioned conditions and still insist on booking, the supplier reserves the right to decline participation without a refund
- It is prohibited to board a plane within 24 hours after diving. Within 24 hours after diving, it is not advisable to schedule skydiving or participate in flight experiences
