Important Information

Please pick up the pass within the HIS counter's service hours, no matter when the flight landing time is
- In the event of subway closures and delays, the pass cannot be refunded
- An unused 1-day pass can be refunded after redemption. Please proceed to the designated counter in Fukuoka City Transportation Bureau to return the pass (handling fee: ¥220 per pass)
- Each adult may bring 2 children aged 1–5, free of charge. A child ticket will be required for the third (and more) child
