- After returning the car, staff will transport guests to their hotel or airport. (The drive back to the airport is dependent on the situation at the car rental company; if the guest cannot be driven to the airport, staff will drive guests back to the hotel)

Important Information
- Driver must be the lead traveler. Please bring the following:
1. Original license (must be held for over a year)
2. International license
3. Credit card
4. Passport
5. Reservation letter (documents listed above must show the same name)
*Please keep in mind that the car will not be available for rent if the driver is not the person who placed the order
- If the guest who booked this product is not the driver, vehicle pick-up will be refused and no refunds will be issued
- Children under the age of six must use a car seat by law; please inform us of the number of children in your party when booking. Refusing to do so may result in a US$100 or higher fine. A car seat costs US$5 per day to rent
- If you need to change the vehicle type or upgrade the vehicle on-site, additional fees (including high taxes) will apply; please keep in mind that Over The Planet is not responsible for these charges
- When renting a car, credit card information is required as a deposit. Additional services can be purchased on-site with a credit card or cash
- The transfer service only includes hotels in Guam. Please keep in mind that the airport is not included
- Pickups from the hotel parking lot are not available. The car rental staff will meet you in the hotel lobby and transport you to the car rental office
- Please remove all personal belongings before returning the key and vehicle. If you leave an item in the vehicle, staff assist in finding it; however, please note that the guests are solely responsible for any lost or damaged personal items

老闆是台灣人，時間準時，剛好租借到全新的車輛，非常乾淨，地點也很方便，來回都有接送不用擔心沒車回飯店

현지 사정으로 차량이 갑자기 바뀌었고, 그 차량 컨디션이 그리 좋지는 않았지만
