- If you cannot take the hot air balloon as scheduled due to weather, you will be refunded ₩10,000 on the spot
- The flight time of the hot air balloon is about 10 minutes, depending on the weather conditions. The flight is about 50-150 m above the ground
- The ice cream experience is conducted in groups of 2–3 participants
- Cherry blossom season is greatly affected by the weather. If the best viewing period is not reached, the tour will go out normally and no refunds will be given
- Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure. Tourists who arrive after departure will be deemed to have canceled the trip automatically, and the fee will not be refunded

導遊的中文很好
因為只有我們一組客人，所以改到民宿接我們，覺得貼心。
行程輕鬆舒適，個人很喜歡，民俗村也很好拍照，跟朋友拍了好多照片。
去水源喝咖啡挑的咖啡店也超美，照片隨便拍都很美🥰

導遊司機小金很棒
整個行程很好玩，小朋友們很愛。冰淇淋牧場，民俗村跟熱氣球。今天風大所以熱氣球沒有開放，所以有退款熱氣球的門票。

雖然有遺憾，但導遊實在讚。
雖然蠻期待熱氣球體驗，但天公不做美，玩樂誠可貴，生命價更高，等待下一次的機會再體驗吧。。。還好，一路上有超讚的導遊陪伴，讓家人對這次行程都很滿意。
