The Louro Mountain Trail, consists of a horse ride that lasts for approximately 5 hours. The starting point is at the Quinta de S. Brás, in the Louro Mountain (“Serra do Louro”) in Palmela, and after crossing the Alcube valley, lunch is at a farm with the same name, Quinta de Alcube. The horse trails always take place in the Natural Park of Arrabida, in its eastern area. The price for the day – for riding through Louro Mountain and the Alcube Valley, includes the light lunch (not vegetarian) in Quinta de Alcube that is accompanied by its excellent wines.

- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
- Passport name, number, expiry and country is required at time of booking for all participants
- NOTE: This trail goes along a pine forest and a beach area where galloping is possible. Riders must come comfortably dressed and without slippers on the feet. Sun protect can be advisable for people with more sensitive skin. For more safety we have different sizes of helmets to borough. We offer bottles of water. According to our concept of natural horsemanship, in which we privilege the mutual respect between horse and rider, we hope that it will be a moment of sharing and happiness for the whole group.

The trip was worth every penny.
Everyone involved from the staff side was super friendly and kind throughout the day. The horses were super kind and easy to work with too (I probably could have slept in the saddle the entire time and there would not have been any issues). Our guide was charming ...

It was a beautiful tour through the valley and grape vineyards, just was expecting a larger lunch than just the charcuterie board and wine. Also was hoping to gallop more. Overall, amazing, just not sure it was worth 200, I wish I had gone with the beach tour.

My daughter and I enjoyed a spectacular 2 hour ride on the beach with Antonio. The setting with the cliffs and waves was breathtaking, the horses were energetic and well trained, and we enjoyed many opportunities to trot and canter along the beach. Carlos kept in great communication with us and...
