ありがとうございました。
空港に到着した際、２時間の遅れが生じていました。
発空港よりお問い合わせには連絡しましたが、全く返答がなく翌日ありがとうございましたとだけの回答でした。お迎えドライバーも全くその事態を知らず、お待たせさせてしまい申し訳なかったです。しかし快くご対応くださり感謝しています。
特にLCCは発着に遅延が生じる事が多いので、その時の対応をもっと早くにして頂ければ利用する側の気持ちの焦りがなくなるかと思います。到着時、ドライバーさんが居ないものだとばかり思って焦りまくってたので、ネームプレートを見つけた時は本当にほっとしました。

とても良かったです。
到着口を出ると名前の書いたカードを持って迎えにきくれており、日本語が話せるのでとても安心する事ができました。車も広く安全運転でホテルに着くまで家族とゆっくりと話をしながら過ごす事ができました。
次回もまたお願いしたいと思います。

母親も大喜びでした
高齢の母親を連れての韓国旅行でしたので少しでも楽にと初めて旅行させて頂きました。
正直、少し不安でしたが最高の旅となりました。
どちらのドライバーさんもとても親切で、本当に紳士的でした。
