- According to South Korean law, children under 6 years old must use child car seats. Please ensure to request the necessary number of child car seats.
- The order can be reserved 8 hours at the earliest before departure, voucher will be issued immediately and automatically
- The pick-up and drop-off time can only be changed up to the specified 【8 hours before departure time】.
- The pick-up and drop-off location can only be changed up to the specified 【5 hours before departure time】.
- Please accurately fill in your departure time and flight arrival time. Example) If you want to depart at 17:00, but write as 5:00, since the driver is dispatched at 5:00 in the morning, it is impossible to change the time and cancel for free.
- Please be sure to fill in the number of people (adults and children) accurately, and we will select and dispatch vehicles according to the number of people. Example) There are 6 people in the car, but if you write 5 people, you may be denied boarding and charged an additional fee because the car type does not match.
- Please use English or Korean to fill in the pick-up and drop-off address. Please use other languages or provide a wrong address, which will cause the driver to fail to arrive on time or go to the wrong address. All fees will not be refunded.
- For the pick-up service of flights arriving between 23:00 and 5:00, please make a reservation at least 2 days before the arrival of the flight (the arrival time of the flight shall prevail) (including the case of temporary flight delay or change of time).

A grace period of 90 mins applies to airport pick-up(based on flight arrival time) & the grace period for airport drop-off is 10 mins (based on the scheduled drop-off time) , exceeding the grace period will incur a surcharge of ₩10,000/30 mins (fees to be paid on-site)
Night Fee (22:00 - 7:00)
The Nighttime Surcharge is ₩10,000 each time.
1. Charges are based on the time we receive the customer and end of service, and payment cannot be refused for any reason.
For example: if you get on the car at 21:30 and arrive at the hotel at 22:30, you must pay a night fee of ₩10,000 ; if you get on the car at 21:00 and arrive at the hotel at 22:00, there is no additional fee.
