Important Information
- This pass is only valid for Kamenoi route buses
- If some bus routes are suspended or some services are delayed during the ticket use period, no refund will be issued through this platform
- Once it has been converted to a physical pass, Over The Planet will not accept any changes or refunds
- Orders that have not been redeemed for physical tickets within the QR Code validity period may be canceled on a case-by-case basis; please contact Over The Planet Customer Support
- If the exchanged physical pass was never used, you can request a refund at the local designated window (Kamenoi kitahama bus center/亀の井バス北浜バスセンター) in Kyushu, Japan. Please handle the refund process on your own
- There will be no refunds if the physical ticket is wrinkled, stained, or stained with water, or if the date has been scratched off (even unused tickets)

下訂馬上得到憑證，到達快速領取
下訂單後信箱馬上就收到QR Code憑證，到達福岡機場入境大廳，櫃台小小的在右手邊。給服務人員嗶QR Code馬上就拿到了，也沒有看護照什麼的。
裡面是刮刮卡的感覺，把要使用的那天日期刮開，地獄巡禮的時候下車給司機看就行。
廣域版的可以坐36號到由布院不用另外買票，滿方便。（只是大型行李山路較顛簸，不好顧）
