- Minimum of 1 people are required to book tour. If total number of travelers do not match the minimum requirement for this trip, the tour will be cancelled and you will receive a notification e-mail 3 day(s) prior to departure
- In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be informed 1 day(s) (at 12:00 local time) prior to departure by e-mail

- Please arrive at designated location 10 mins prior to departure, as tour will depart on time

- In accordance with the epidemic prevention policy, if you do not wear a mask, have a fever above 37.5°C, or are unwell, you will not be able to join the tour. Please understand.
- Please arrive at the meeting point 10 mins in advance as the bus will depart on time, refunds will not be granted to late arrivals
- Please note that the vehicle type is dependent on the number of passengers and if it's a small group, the driver will also be serving as a tour guide and will not accompany travellers off-vehicle
- The sightseeing bus is a group itinerary, please be sure to observe the meeting time of each meeting point, so as not to delay the departure and itinerary of other passengers.
- Please note this tour provides shared transfer, the vehicle will only stop at designated attractions
- It is not recommended to participate in this tour on the day of your arrival at or departure as heavy traffic may cause delays
- This package does not include the sightseeing boat ride experience at Takachiho Gorge, please book on your own or enquire about the boat rides on-site
- There's limited time at each attraction. Over The Planet is not liable if there's not enough time for the boat ride. It is recommended to not book any experience
- Guests who are forbidden to eat beef can choose "Chicken Set" or "Vegetarian Set", please notify in the "Note" section when booking
- After the trip, you can choose not to follow the bus back to the starting point, but please inform in the remarks column in advance; if you make a temporary decision on the spot, please sign the Chinese/English closing letter before leaving the group
- Please wear light clothing and shoes for the tour. Please keep your personal valuables in a safe place. If you lose valuables during the trip, you will not be able to compensate.

Important Information
- Under the circumstance of lunch venue change, the tour will visit Kamishikimi Kumanoza Shrine or other attractions
- Travelers with pregnancy or reduced mobility are not recommended for participation as this tour includes hiking in the mountain areas
- Travelers may bring up to 2 pieces of carry-on luggage. Please notify in the “Note” section if you plan to take a large-sized luggage
- In case of any emergency, please provide your contact information in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking
- During the cherry blossom period, we will go to Josenji Temple to enjoy the weeping cherry blossoms(around late March to early April every year, but the flowering period is different each year. The flowering period in Fukuoka in 2023 will roughly peak on March 23)
