Pleasant tours in languages NL/DE/ENG at 11.00 or 15.00 hrs. but time-flexible ( family, couples or group of max. 15 pers. ). The tour starts at the car parking St. Pieters fortress & mountain ( called the Eye ). First we see the fortress and a nice walk over the mountain brings us to excellent viewpoints : dreamy Jekerdal, the oehoe owl-valley and the spectacular viewing platform limestone quarry/canyon ( also finish Pietertrail ). With a interval at Hoeve Lichtenberg viewpoint and the Slavante terrace & vineyard we walk along the Maria cave and André Rieu castle back to the fortres and carparking. The walk is a mix of heritage and nature. You can customize the tour with a walk through the limestone quarry.

Het favoriete onderdeel van de wandeling waren alle mooie uitzichten! De gids heeft ons goed begeleidt en we hebben dan ook plekken van Maastricht gezien die we normaal gesproken niet zouden bezoeken. Naast alle mooie uitzichten was het ook erg leerzaam. We zijn veel te weten gekomen over de stad...

Leuke combi van stad en natuur. Enthousiaste gids met leuke verhalen, niet alleen de droge feitjes. Heerlijke wandeling; aanrader om Maastricht te leren kennen!
