- Exchange your voucher for the the actual ticket and enter the aquarium any day you want as long as the ticket is valid.
- Please confirm the number of tickets and product details when purchasing your vouchers.
- Please refrain from eating and drinking inside the aquarium.
- Selfie sticks are not allowed inside the aquarium. *Other kinds of photography equipment (e.g., monopods, tripods, etc.) are also prohibited inside.
- If you enter the aquarium after 4:00 pm, the difference of price will be refunded at the aquarium ticket office and exchanged for a "4:00 pm ticket" (not refundable for re-entry)
- Over The Planet vouchers are non-refundable for any reason after they are exchanged for the actual tickets.

生日遊
大約12點到達, 剛剛好是熱帶魚餵食時間。3點就是黑潮之海, 見到鯨鯊, 十分驚嘆。
可惜海豚館正在裝修, 看不到海豚表演。

方便好用
因飯店離實體換票的地方很近，所以整體來說還算方便。
現場兌換票券的服務人員英文也好，所以溝通沒有太大的問題。
