Tour operator always try to help all participants to collect tickets for the individual entrance for themselves, but do not provide tickets by itself. On tour with the guide, tickets and guide service are included in the price.

This is an incredible tour. It has everything, Auschwitz and Birkenau are both very emotional places to visit as it explains to you the horrific experiences prisoners had to endure through the Second World War, and the Salt Mines tour is an unbelievable experience, would thoroughly recommend it t...

Excellent service, very informative, they even sent a text on the morning advising that they were running a few minutes late. Plenty of comfort breaks, and time for a drink. Guides at both sites were excellent. The lady on our mini bus was very knowledgeable and made sure everyone was happy xx ...

I felt a bit s though I was herded a round Auschwitz. I kept losing the commentary of the group leader so feel that I didn't really benefit from this tour.
I didn't do the tour of Birkenau as the temperature was 32°C and there is no shade at Birkenau and this was too hot for me.
