- Due to the COVID-19 virus, travelers with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher cannot participate. Additionally, wearing masks and practicing social distancing are mandatory.

- Please note that each traveler may take away a maximum of 300 grams of strawberries at the end of the day
- Over The Planet does not offer refunds for late arrivals on tours
- Departure times may vary on Korean holidays; please refer to the voucher for precise meeting details. The actual itinerary is subject to change based on weather and transportation conditions
- Entrance tickets will be distributed on the day of the tour
- Please note that the itinerary may be changed to accommodate the weather and traffic conditions
- If strawberry harvest is limited, the tour includes picking 150g of strawberries and making 300g of strawberry jam.
- We will send you a reminder email between 3pm and 5pm the day before departure. This email will include a group chat link where you can communicate directly with our tour staff. If you can't find your email, please check the spam or junk email section.
- ⚠️Personal travel insurance is not included in any of our itineraries. Outdoor activities come with certain risks and hazards. Guests must assess their health and abilities. The company is not responsible for any physical damage or damage caused by accidents or unforeseen factors.

Important Information

- If you plan to bring a stroller or wheelchair, please notify us in the "Note" section when booking
- Children under 3 must be accompanied by guardians for the railbike experience. Please note that no seats, tickets, or meals are provided for children under 3. Remember to bring your children's passports for age verification on the tour day

Enjoy the day tour!
We make a right choice to have this package (Strawberry picking + Nami Island + Rail bike) because the duration is just good enough for my parents. We are very lucky that the farm has enough strawberry for us to pick and bring it back to hotel. Then, next stop is Nami Island which we have 4 hours...
