- The meeting time on the webpage is for reference only. The actual meeting time must be based on your voucher. The pick-up service may be delayed due to traffic and weather. The delay time may be about 15 to 30 minutes. Passengers are requested to wait patiently.
- If the passenger misses the itinerary due to being late or other personal factors, no refund or any additional compensation will be given, please be informed.
- You can bring small amounts of cash to pay tour guide tips or other personal consumption. It is recommended not to bring valuables and keep them safe. There is no safe on board and we do not take any responsibility for safekeeping.
- This itinerary does not include insurance. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance or accident insurance in China before departure. If any accidental injury occurs during the process, the medical or compensation expenses shall be borne by oneself.

- If the number of passengers does not reach six, the boat will be sailed by boat. If there is no boat to join, the group will be canceled with a notice one day before the departure date.

Important Information
- Passengers who are prone to seasickness are advised to bring their own seasickness medicine.
- Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian and sign a consent form.
- It is recommended that passengers aged 10 and above participate, and the price for children and adults is the same.
- If you need to rent the following equipment, please note in the order, and it needs to be prepared one day before the departure date.

- This is a group itinerary for individual travelers, please be aware before placing a reservation.
- If passengers suffer from major diseases such as epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, severe respiratory disease (pneumothorax), or long-term prescriptions for chronic diseases, please obtain a doctor's permission in advance and issue a certificate. If you have other personal health concerns, please consult a doctor before deciding whether to sign up.
- Chinese and English language coaches are available for passengers to choose from. Please choose when ordering. However, the service coaches of each language are limited. If the corresponding language coaches cannot be provided according to your needs, we will ask for the consent of the passengers to change to a different language coach, reschedule or cancel the order . Please note in particular: Only available until November 2021: English language coaching.
- Based on safety considerations, if you are unable to go to sea due to sea conditions, weather and other reasons, you can reschedule or refund for free.
- The dive sites provided in the itinerary are for reference only, and the actual dive sites on the day will be determined according to the weather and tide.
- For short-sighted passengers, please wear contact lenses or bring your own prescription diving mask.
- Swimming suits are required to participate in water activities. It is recommended to bring beach towels, sunglasses, sunscreen, hats and cameras (requires waterproof) for personal use. It is recommended to bring a jacket if the day is windy or cold.
- The Palau government expressly stipulates that if tourists go to sea, they must purchase the sea tax (general sea tax $50, general sea tax + jellyfish lake tax $100), and the use period is 10 days. If you already have the sea tax, you don’t need to purchase it. If you haven’t purchased the license yet The certificate can be noted in the order, purchased on the spot on the day, please take it with you when you go out to sea, and return it to the tourists at the end of the trip for further use in the future
