Let us take you on a fun-filled educational experience of the Southern Coast of Savaii exploring the geological and natural beauties on Savaii. This tour is for those who opt to stay on the main island (Upolu) and have a quick glimpse of the biggest island of the Samoa group.
We will take you to see the majestic Alofaaga Blowholes touted as the best in the world, as well as the Mu Pagoa waterfall in Puleia as it drops off straight into the ocean. Take a refreshing swim at the Afu Aau waterfall in Vailoa Palauli and also get intimate knowledge from the locals as we enter a local home to witness first hand how our traditional cloth (siapo) is made from the bark of the paper mulberry tree.
Finish off the day with a quick stop at the Salelologa market before catching the 2pm ferry back to Upolu.

Itinerary
Savai’i is the largest island in the South Pacific nation of Samoa. Near Salelologa township, in the southeast, the Afu Aau Falls plunge down a rock face to a deep rainforest pool. In the southwest, the Alofaaga Blowholes shoot huge jets of water into the air. These are some of the amazing things you can experience on this tour. The boat ride across the Pacific Ocean takes 1 hour and 20 minutes and once we arrive on Savaii, we will then take a hired car to our destinations. The drive time between the stops is from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

You can choose to be picked up from a list of locations, or alternatively, have the choice to make your own way to the meeting points
Please arrive at the pick up point 60 minutes before departure time.
Meeting / End Points
- If you are staying outside of the pick up zone, it is ideal to be picked up from in front of the Samoa Tourism Event Fale directly opposite the Immaculate Conception Cathedral Mulivai.

Fantastic day to Savaii. Really well organised with great communication from Tai before the trip. Tai gave us an interesting insight to the rich history and cultural of Samoa. The swim in the Afu Aau Waterfall was a highlight. Highly recommend

Great Day out with Tai on the tour of Southern Savaii, blowholes were spectacular and the waterfall swim is awesome.
Tai is a fantastic, incredibly knowledgable and thoughtful host.
Great service, great day a lot of fun.
