The tour set off at 5pm which seemed a little late but it was excellent. The guide was, local, knowledgeable, had a nice style and put together a good balance of knowledge and entertainment. Mario is a former history teacher and is an outstanding tour guide. This was a great way to get an overall orientation for Valetta and learn a lot about the history of the key sites, buildings and people and of Malta.
