great hotel in a perfect central location
From the moment we approached the doors of the hotel the experience was wonderful. The doorman, Fernando, had a smile on his face and greeted us warmly . Incredible!
I don't even know where to begin, the room upgrade, the fantastic dinners and breakfast and an unparalleled location that allowed us to walk to all of our favorite shops. The staff is superb and will go out of their way every time to make your stay a memorable one.

Great hotel, great service!
We stay in the hotel 5 days, first day our room was not the better, but next day really thanks to Jennifer in the front desk, she did the difference!! Really great experience thanks to her! Really focus to the customers experience I’ll be back soon Boston!
