Great location
Great hotel. The lift seems to sometimes break down at the oddest times but they get it back up and running pretty quickly. The location is centrally located and near train/bus station. Breakfast is good. Also, the room's are quite large by European standards. I stay here regularly when in Krakow...

Nice hotel
Very good breakfast, friendly and helpful crew. Room was clean and comfortable for two people, with air conditioning, nice bed and pleasant view. All the equipment, including kettle and tea, was inside;-) Only problem was with broken elevator.

The best hotel to stay at
As usual, Campanile Hotels offer extraordinary conditions when it comes to comfort and service - and so did the one in Krakow. I will always recommend them to my friends and choose it for the next trips in the future.
