Great staff and lovely views.
We stayed here for 2 nights, 2 rooms. Yes it's basic but actually we just needed to sleep, wash and dress so it did the job fine. The staff have all been exceptionally helpful and the breakfast options were really good. Would definitely recommend as its a short walk to the docks, arena and the ...

Excellent , friendly staff , very clean rooms and sheets . Lovely location by docks . Rooms slightly tired looking . Free parking . Breakfast and good dinner served . A good base for exploring Liverpool .

Lovely hotel
The only thing that was not 100% is that the mattress was sprung and to soft but we are all different, the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, food in the restaurant was very good and the breakfast every morning was delicious
