About Carlton Capri

This hotel is situated in a quiet location, close to the Grande Canal, only minutes from the main train station and the Piazzale Roma. The city centre, with numerous shopping and entertainment venues is just minutes from the hotel. Marco Polo airport is 15 km away and takes 20 minutes to reach on public transport. The hotel was built in 1900 and has been completely renovated. It offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception with a safe, a currency exchange desk and a TV room. There is also an air-conditioned restaurant with a non-smoking area and a bar available to guests. The hotel offers a room and laundry service to guests as well. Friendly staff nice well positioned hotel
The rooms are exceptionally clean and well equipped. The shower was good and powerful. Best of all was the air conditioning which was most welcome. It’s a little basic hotel. However the friendly helpful staff would make me return again. Nothing is too much trouble for them

Excellent location and Staff
The hotel is very well situated, close to train and bus stations and an ideal location to explore the streets of Venice. Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Only problem was a superior room was booked and paid for with Jet2, but when we arrived we had only been allocated a basic room.

Quiet location near Grand Canal
This is a small unassuming hotel close to the Grand Canal and easy to miss in the narrow winding streets. Very friendly reception staff with a small reception area to relax in. Excellent staff on breakfast duty, and varied breakfast choices offered at buffet. There was a discount offered for dinn...
