Nice stay
Old hotel but well maintained with good condition. Nice hotel rooms, fitness center and pool. Breakfast was very well done. Some staff at the lounge were not very friendly and didnt make any effort to make guests feel comfortable or welcome. Lounge food variety could be better.

Surprisingly well maintained, very good value
One of my favourite hotels in Guangzhou when I was a kid (back in 1980s and 1990s), it was one of the best in those days. Stayed here for a night simply for nostalgic reason. Surprisingly well...

Cultural Exhange
We arrived after midnight and yet we were all in our rooms shortly after arrival. Spent 3 nights at the China Hotel with a cultural exchange from Washington state. Rooms were nice and breakfast...
