Friendly & knowledgable.
Extremely friendly and helpful check in. Made to feel very welcome. We upgraded one of three room to enable check in at 10:40 am after a very early flight. Hotel is cute and perfectly situated for tourist areas and restaurants. Great non tourist recommendations from the reception staff.

Excellent Location but Not Value for Money
Located about 10 minutes walk from the popular Nyhavn area of the city. Nearly half the rooms are facing the water front. Nearest metro station is 7 - 8 minutes walk. They have a nice bar / restaurant. But the Hotel is pricey. It’s rooms are narrow and the bathrooms are small.
