Hotel cancelled without notice even though we had paid
Booked and paid for a room months ago. On arrival my room had been given to someone else. But the hotel did not inform me and so late at night we had to call around to find alternative accommodation. No apology and no refund offered. We of course had to pay another hotel also. So the hotel cance...

Received e mail this afternoon 11 days before due to fly. I rang the hotel direct who informed that my booking agency booking.com had been informed as far back as November 2020. I contacted booking.com who advise they were only told recently ? Either way I WILL NEVER BOOK ANOTHER CROWNE PLAZA app...

Booked in June last year, 2 nights to go to the Grand National. Just last night got a Cancellation notification! No reason, no offer to transfer the booking to another hotel in the chain. Called the Reservations team, passed to the Front Desk, phone answered - Asked why my room had been cancelle...
