Friendly and Accommodating
Having a cancelled flight and needing a hotel right away around midnight this place shined. The manager, Shauna, was absolutely wonderful in helping my son and I feel comfortable and valued when there was a booking error. Thank you again for such a great stay and amazing customer service!

Juneau in June at Extended Stay America
The staff was very friendly, accommodating, studious, thorough, expedient and conscientious. It's conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and transportation hubs. I highly recommend this hotel!

Kicking ass and taking reservations
On a scale from 1-10 Staff-10 Breakfast-8 some fruit and some juice would be nice! Rooms- 9 Hotel cleanliness-10 Riff raff- 5 Shuttle-0 Grand score total! 42 out of 60 You pass as not to shabby so thanks for the stay and keep up the great work. 👍
