Old hotel in GREAT location
Our room was too small, but the staff was nice and everything was clean. It didn't have a place to hang a coat or unpack and store some clothes, no microwave or frig. I know this is an old hotel, but we've come to expect these things when we travel. The location is the great thing. It's right...

Great historical hotel. Wonderful staff from front desk to housekeeping. The room was updated, clean and comfortable. All staff were polite and helpful. The only downside is their choice in shuttle service. Stay away from sourdough cab company. Rude, bad drivers and DIRTY cabs.

Perfect location
Perfect location right by docks. Very clean but old historic building without elevator. Heating and cooling is a bit tricky but truly it all works. Very nice staff! No coffee is available in room but they have a coffee set up with good coffee on the first floor landing.
