Convinient
Very convinient for everything love the view from our room . Room are clean bed are soft . Thank you so much were staying next time again. It could been more great if there is microwave .Thank you so much.

Nice Jr Suite Room. Some hiccups with automatic shades. Took a couple of tries to get addressed. Still no restaurant or room service. Automatic escalators never seem to be working. Need to drag suitcases down the steps!

My trip to Hyatt Grand Central in Manhattan, New York
Was very satisfied with my trip to this hotel. The entire staff was excellent. The bellman, the greeter and the front desk agents were very attentive my entire stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any body.
