Convenient and pleasant stay
Loved that it was right in the Bukit Bintang shopping area, convenient to just walk over walking distance to shop around avoiding the usual traffic jams. The hotel and rooms itself is fine for me and family

Requires better quicker service when check in and check out with smiling faces.
Quicker service required with smiling faces. More flexiable methids to pay like paying by debit card. Anyway overall i engoyed my stay because of lovely enviroment and cleanleness of the hotel. They very good positoin in kualalambur.

I had water leaking in from the bath we called the tech to fix it , so 2 or 3 person came and stay nearly 30 to 40 minutes on the end didn't fix the issue and keep the water leaking day and night 24/7. we could not use the bath bcs of this issue , plus the B/F time was very busy we say in queue t...
