Not only was he good to look at his level of fun was exceptional!!!!, service was good, Activity was good, water exercise class was fun, this has a good trip, All of the service has been exceptional and I would recommend it!

Karla and hugo of activities organizing karaoke are the bomb, we had an incredible time with that beautiful view that characterizes this hotel, phenomenal service, we love hacienda encantada Thank's ❤️😉😃

Exercise in pool
Hugo was an awesome and energetic aerobic instructor. Thanks for the workout and fun. My girls and I really enjoyed it. Also the view from the pool was spectacular. You can see lands end. The staff and service was great.
