Very Nice hotel next to the River. The staff were helpful and friendly and having an Ice machine is a huge plus for hot summer days. I enjoy sitting outside looking over the Rhein river while enjoying breakfast.

There were some fairly significant staffing issues with food service and the lounge. This appeared to be more of a management issue than anything. Many employees were new and the more experienced were either underutilized or even sacked for unknown reasons which upset many guests. I'm sure thi...
